Gary Robson

With almost 30 years’ experience in fastening systems, Gary has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the design, specification and installation of fixing and attachment solutions for facades and roofs. Since joining EJOT UK in 2007, he has developed his expertise in roofing and cladding applications significantly and today specialises in rainscreen and anchoring products. Gary is a CFA certified tester, which demonstrates his ability to test construction fixings and certain specialist anchor systems to a high standard, as well as reflecting his knowledge of how fixings work in real-world applications. A key area of Gary’s work is supporting architects, façade engineers, contractors and developers to create more sustainable, better performing rainscreen and rear ventilated facades using its CROSSFIX substructure system. He works closely with EJOT UK’s technical team as well as colleagues across the EJOT Group to help customers in the UK and Ireland integrate the system successfully in façade projects, providing a single point of contact to streamline system deployment. Gary was promoted to his current role in August 2023, which also involves extending EJOT UK’s reach into new market sectors whilst further strengthening the company’s relationships with major industry OEMs.
